All your stores in one place

Each store is a plate at the top — Unit 01 Paddle Boards, Unit 02 Gaming Chairs. Click a plate to switch. The colour of the whole dashboard changes with the store, so you always know which one you are editing before you touch a number.

Numbers refresh every 5–10 minutes — not live

Sales, orders and ad spend are pulled from Shopify and the ad platforms on a schedule, every 5 to 10 minutes. The "Updated X min ago" chip in the top bar shows the last pull. If you just made a change in Shopify admin or a new order just landed, give it up to 10 minutes to appear here.

Your edits save straight to Shopify

Inventory and prices work the other way — they are written to Shopify the moment you press Save changes. Type the real number on hand, press save, and a sold-out product stops selling right away. Nothing is stored in this dashboard; Shopify stays the single source of truth.

Pricing has two guard rails

The US store sells at the same number in USD — if you change a CAD price, the dashboard reminds you to update USD to match. And a compare-at price needs a real former price: fake discounts can get the products suspended from Google Shopping, so the dashboard warns you before you create one.

Everyone sees only what they need

Admins see everything. Staff accounts see only the pages and stores you give them — for example, the warehouse team gets the Inventory page and nothing else. Add people and set their permissions under Users.

Everything is on the record

Every stock change, price change, user change and sign-in is written to the Activity page — who did it, what changed, old value → new value, and when. The record is append-only: nobody can edit or delete an entry, not even an admin. If a number ever looks wrong, the log tells you exactly what happened.
